Applied Behavior Analysis, Speech & Swallowing

Cassie Walden Lawson,

MEd. BCBA

Hi, I’m Cassie!

I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a Master’s in Learning & Technology, and before becoming a BCBA, I spent 8 years teaching—mostly in kindergarten. That experience shaped everything about how I approach therapy.

I specialize in working with children ages 2–10, especially those with ADHD, autism, or delays in school readiness skills. I help kids build communication, independence, emotional regulation, and the foundational skills they need to feel successful at home and at school.

My approach is very real-life focused. I’m not about complicated plans that only work in a clinic—I want what we do together to actually make your day-to-day life easier. I break skills down into simple, manageable steps and meet each child where they are.

I also care deeply about supporting parents. You’re with your child the most, so I make sure you feel confident using the strategies we work on together in your everyday routines.

My goal is simple: help kids feel more confident,

help families feel less stressed, and make

progress that truly sticks.

Kailyn Baker,

M.S., CCC-SLP

I’m Kailyn!

I am a speech therapist with over five years of experience helping individuals find their voice and communicate with confidence. As the owner of this clinic, I’m passionate about creating a space that is welcoming, supportive, and truly centered around the needs of both clients and their families.

My work is rooted in a family-centered, neuro-affirming approach, where I honor each person’s unique strengths and differences. As a mother of four—including a child with autism—I’m deeply committed to making neuro-affirming care accessible, respectful, and empowering for every individual and family we serve.

I have experience across a variety of settings, including early intervention, school-based therapy, hospital-based evaluation and treatment, and as a skilled nursing facility rehab manager. My clinical experience includes working with pediatric articulation disorders, adult swallowing disorders and dysphagia, AAC (augmentative and alternative communication) evaluation and treatment, and providing therapy and support for adults with cognitive deficits, including memory loss and dementia, with a focus on maintaining dignity, independence, and quality of life.

I believe communication is more than just words—it’s connection, expression, and identity. I strive to create an environment where clients feel seen, families feel supported, and progress is meaningful and functional. Building relationships, celebrating growth, and walking alongside families on their journey are at the heart of everything I do.

My motto: Supporting speech, swallowing, and meaningful connection.
